Parking à 15 eur les 24 heures à 2 pas. Accueil impeccable. Personnel très gentil et pro. Chambre propre et au calme. Tout était parfait. Merci. Score 10 on 10 Hotel fantastique, service très professionnel et chaleureux, belles chambres, une déco au top et un petit déjeuner extraordinaire. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville.Avec le parking Opera en bas de l’hôtel, je n’ai plus du tout besoin d’utiliser la voiture lors de mon séjour. J’ai essayé beaucoup d‘hôtels á Lille, et celui-ci est de loin mon coup de cœur absolu ! Source

Good communication before check-in, my room was ready a little early which was really useful.Good size room, comfortable bed, nice shower, smart TV and a good selection of toiletries in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet, and again, service with a smile.The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful, patient with my rusty French, and happy to switch to English too! I only stayed one night, but if I'm back in Lille again, I'll definitely stay here. Source

This is an excellent, very comfortable hotel.It's in a great location, only a 10-minute walk from the Lille Europe train station, and a 5–6-minute walk to the Grand Place and all the sights of Vieux Lille. I received absolutely excellent service from all the staff - I was welcomed very attentively and everyone was very helpful with any queries I had.I would certainly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again - Lille is perfect for a little weekend break from the UK.
