Today, waste sorting is a shared, everyday responsibility.
It was important to us to raise awareness among our teams, and we are pleased to share our small daily actions with you:
* We now have collection bins for organic waste. Similar to composting, organic waste from our restaurants is collected and recycled, notably contributing to the production of bioethanol.
* Our teams also take great care to sort plastic, glass, light bulbs, batteries, and used cells.
